So my passenger side up front keeps getting a puddle in it.... I did new weather stripping.. nothing... I always take a towel to it and then shop vac it. Getting really annoyed with it! Where else could it be coming from ?

Check your evaporator case's drain tube that goes through the firewall or just the case in general for cracks.
But I suppose before you do that... Does it happen to only happen after the A/C is used?

Are you sure it's not coolant leaking from the heater core? Does it only do it after if rains? Maybe windshield leak. On my '90 xj the window scrappers are in bad shape and I can hear water leaking in but it doesn't make it into the passenger compartment so I'm thinking a door glass leak wouldn't do it.

May I suggest...
There may be a little rust/rot forming at the junction between your windshield gasket/silicone and the metal. It's becoming porous and will only get worse. Typical leak points include the lower corners but anywhere there's a weld line or sheet metal junction can be a site for a rust-attack. One way to diagnose/pinpoint the leaky area would be to squooge a bead of clear silicone RTV along the windshield gasket, spread some papers in the passenger foot-well and make your own rain. If no wetness appears on the papers then you might have the same issue I had. Mine resulted in windshield removal (waited for time to replace anyway). While the glass was out I wire-brushed all the rust out of the frame (there was a lot of rust but luckily no rot), masked-primed-sealed it, then installed the new windshield. Dry as a bone now...

If you think it's rain water getting in pull the carpet back next time it's supposed to rain and sprinkle the floor pan sides and bottom with flour/babypowder etc... and it'll leave a clear line when it leaks and all you have to do is follow the trail. This works good when trying to pinpoint engine leaks too....
