Paint the ones you have. They can be sanded (you have to scuff them up to paint anyways) Go to a paint store (or call) that also handles automotive paint. Usually bumper paint has a rubberized additive in it to remain some what flexible when cured. If your painting it to match the factory paint. Take the paint code with you. Maybe they can whip up a couple of spray bombs. Factory paint also has a coat of clear on it. (it's 3 coats actually, primer, base coat, and clear coat) If your end caps are really gouged up, then I would replace them. Checking with a JY first.

If you really want new ones, this is the cheapest place I've found so far but, I don't think they're any different than your OE ones.

Your best bet IMO, is to sand and paint with either automotive trim paint or Krylon Fusion. It really does bond to plastic like it says it does. I painted a faded motorcycle chin fairing with it and 2 years later, it still looks just as good.
