Wheeling in southern new mexico

So I went wheeling yesterday and thought i would show the pictures. It was about 5 miles of trail that took about 5 hours. We had to stop and guide the group down/up waterfalls ranging from a easy 18" to a gas tank scraping 3'

only damages were a 3" lifted cherokee getting a few rocker kisses (really nice big wet ones) and a 4.5" lifted cherokee backing into a tree and getting stuck....

also did a little recovery The strap around the axle was there for safety reasons we did not have to yank her at all once we moved the rock

wish i could have been there!!! looks like you guys had a lot of good hard earned battle scratches!!

is that girls name erica in those last pictures? looks really familiar think i went to highschool with her

Yes they were very hard earned!!! and yes her name IS erica !!! haha she is actually my ex bahaha

if i still lived in cruces ooo the places i would take my jeep!! grew up there and my mountain bike was all i ever rode and my dirtbike

if you guys do make another run like this i would really like to try and make it out there!!

yeah i mountain bike ALL over the place and i make runs like this all the time!!! i live off picacho and motel(field of dreams/mayfield area) so literally this is my backyard lol.


and yeah haha. Cool girl. crazy you know her!


and you always have a place to stay if you even wanna come down! my house is open to everyone!

everyone??

Im considering heading up to Albuquerque to see some long time family friends. Might have to stop by!

Great pics by the way! looks like a blast. only biding my time till i can convert mine and lift it!

i used to live off roadrunner i dont know if you know where the mall is and a school called Desert hills. its an elemetary i went to and live by it.

well if you guys decide to go again totally let me know im down to drive a few hours and go meet some new jeepers and get some new earned battle rash!

Yeah that is right across the street from where i am sitting at the moment lol. i am in quail ridge apartments with a friend

ya i miss livin there its an awesome place
but albuquerque aint that bad either

i used to ride all over by the A mountain and that cattle museum place over there
and then by the stahmans farms there are some wicked trails all over that place and we had a spot in dona ana that we called hamburger mountain that was nice too

Yeah A mountain gets a little boring unless you are on a mountain bike, I like Donna ana! it has some great trails for all levels!!! and there is a place out by the airport that is part of the high desert tour. It is pretty awesome! and of course the chili challenge courses since they are in my backyard lol
