That's the most reasonable price i've seen for a Cherokee in that condition.
I'm guessing they have pretty new tires on them with 115k? If so, price is fair. Maybe try to talk em to $4,300. If the tires need replacing I'd say $3,800-$4,000.
Just noticed the rear end is sagging hard though

Thanks, I might look at picking it up. I've beat the crud out of my '97 so much it's spending 95% of it's time under the wrench and 5% on the trails lol

In HI. I would say around what they are asking. Here in SC that would be a $3,500 rig. But there, I'm sure there is a premium.
