for filling tires, running air tools, etc.
Take a closer look, they have blue tops, regulators with pressure gauges, and air tool chucks on them....

A 10" sub a 31" tire and my bag which contains jumper cables, ratchet straps, tow strap, cleaves, misc hitches, a few bungie cord, protable air compressior, and a light. Staps work great to attach the tire to the roof when I need more space.
