TSLs. Even being old and worn and making street driving brutal, I walk stuff with no lift, open diffs, and 31s that my buddy with 33s and 4.5" lift roasts tires and slips all over.

Hurst short throw AX-15 shifter. It's a small modification, but it's something you interact with all the time. Very solid, positive feeling shifter (and it looks sweet, too).

My lift and tires, I feel like cherokees should of came off the line with the equivalent of a 3" lift and 31s it rides so nice and feels like I can go anywhere now

upgraded intake/bored throttle body/703 injectors and a cold air on my 96
Blew the doors off a stock XJ and I had 31's and stock gears.
For whatever reason all the jeep guys where scared of it because it was so fast!
