Euro turn lights are about 40 bucks on ebay.

Baja lights at walmart are about 25 bucks and you can use your stock luggage rack as a light bar.

Are euro lights that popular in the states?

I will say this. The Wal-Mart light bar mod is the worst thing to be suggested. When I first got my Jeep a few years ago I did and to this day I look back going wtf was I thinking. Seriously we as Jeep people should STOP suggesting people do this. Personally the only thing wally world lights are good for are back-up lights, and that is pushing it.
Spend a little money on some Hella's at the very least for some offroad lights.

What are the advantages of a ZJ tie rod and sway bay?

Bigger tie rod body and rod ends and for the sway bar it decreases body roll and nose drop on braking
