Those are tsl radials. offer him $125 Air them down to get em to bit on those side lugs.My friend has some worn out worst than that an still goes everywhere i go.

they're not radials. look like regular tsl

i had the LTB tires and they were "connected in the middle," bias ply, not radial. these look like the same exact tire.

as far as what to offer him id say 100 bucks, maybe 125. almost bald tire on stock jeep rims i wouldnt go to crazy

My bother has ltb's and my friend has worn out tsl radials they look like them lol oh well. ltb's best tire you can by for mud and trails
