What size would look good, i would trim some.

31s are what i have now...and im at 8 inches

I said 32"s, before you added the fact that you've got 8" of lift. 33"s might be better with the added info.

i agree with xj2010.

but with 35's you might want to think about bracing the axles and maybe a new rear like the 8.8 or d44

you can fit just about any tire you want in there.

and anything below a 35 will look silly

and anything above a 35 will require an old lady behind the wheel or some new axles

8 inches=37 IMO
5.5= 35s IMO
4.5= 33s IMO
3.5=32s IMO
2-2.5= 31s IMO
stock 28s 29s or 30s with little trim IMO

37 Inch tires on a 8.25 is very bad and especially a 30.
