You can calculate it fairly easily like this:
315/75/16=[tread width(315mm)]/[sidewall height(75% of width)]/[rim diameter (16)]
So if you wanted only the height of that in inches, just multiply 75% of 315, double that, divide by 25.4 to bring you to inches, then add 16.
Should come out to 34.6(in) Now you know how to do it yourself
