Default What are these wheels called?

What is the correct factory name for this style of wheel?

These were on a beater 94 I picked up last year. The rubber is shot, so I picked up a set of steelies with really good Michelins on them, and popped those on the beater to get it on the road (only to be foiled by a completely shot brake system, but that's another story).

I plan to put these on my 98 once I get the engine rebuilt. It currently has the 5 spoke factory wheel. (Anyone know the correct name for those?)

Anyone know how to get the Jeep logo out of the middle so I can polish them up?

Pretty sure they are just referred to as the 10 hole.
Not a clue on how to get the center out.
How about a shot of the other side?

I 'think' the caps use a metal ring and some tabs on the backside?

Just push the cap out from the back side. I've always heard those referred to as "10 hole" wheels. The 5 spoke steel wheels you are talking about I've always heard called "5 spoke steel wheels" they were super common on Sport trim packages.

This site is a bit expensive but their wheels are really clean and in good shape, but it's a good site to see what came on what model year, they're not always 100 percent accurate but pretty close most times.

Damn link. Google "factory jeep wheel names"

It's one of the first few. I saw Eliminators and revolvers in a thread somewhere, cant find it now. Kind of like the Crown HD Coil spring review.

The 5 spokes I have are the cast alloy wheels. I have a few of the steelies around, too. Wanna buy 'em?

Are you guys telling me the factory didn't have some fancy marketing name for these things? That can't be right!

The cast alloy 5 spoke could be a multitude. Grizzly, Ravine, Ecco, Icon.. I have Eccos now. Ditched the TJ Moabs.

Are the same wheels but with the rivets also called Alcoa's? I'm not clear on which of those wheels came on what. I've seen sales brochures with riveted wheels on both XJ's & MJ's but I'm not sure what the non-riveted wheels came on.

I know Alcoa is a manufacturer. I had c5 Z06 Alcoas at one time for my Z28. Hell, I think my Moabs were alcoas.

i'm not sure if alcoa made those wheels. they are referred to as eliminators as they came on the comanche eliminaor pickups. not sure otherwise.

alcoa generally makes transport truck rims. they are some of the best in the industry. they also make some special edition alcoa wheels for the jeep grand cherokee srt and wrangler special edition, like the tomb raider series. they're nice, and they are light.

Well that explains the Eliminators mentioned before. That was driving me nuts cause I could not find a thing about that.
Now to just figure out the Revolver. LOL.
