I have a 1993 Mercury Cougar XR7 that I think is on it's death bed what parts can I use off of it? I would hate to junk it cause I love it and it's a well built car.

I'm really considering it...... Which is what lead to the op...... Just keeping my optons open is all..... It completely drivable..... I just used it to take my wife to work this morning. I was forced to neglect it due to money trouble and it sat for a year..... gave it a tune up and what not this spring. Figured out it had a unibody like my XJ ( which is my second one btw) Perhaps that's why I always felt at home in her.....lol

 

Sorry guys..... For my 98 Xj is what I was wondering what parts I could use..... I'm fairly certin that it's got the 8.8 in it..... Not 100% sure but I think it's got a locker in it already...... Read on TCCOA that was a factory option......
