so yesterday i was at the junkyard to get some stuff for my jeep and we came accross a cherokee that has a near brand to rough country lift kit on it...i have a emporary lift on right now but we are going to pull it off today because it is in excellent shape how lucky do you think i am that i found that

well i posted that right before i left to the junkyard it took us 6 hours to pull the whole lift from the cherokee it was the whole thing but it was a lil more then anticipated because we had to pull some parts that we didnt put into the price factor but we payed a total of $162.04 for the whole thing some of the bolts were a pain to get off but we did it and we got a heavy duty steering stablizer they forgot to put on the bill so it was free and we will be installing it tuesday

we dont know exactly because we actually found it when looking at other parts and i noticed the rough country stickers on the shocks but the way it was sitting my father and i think it is between 4.5 and 6 inches

up here in canada. if anything hit the yard its stripped in the blink of an eye.

plus the wreckers charge crazy prices.

well down in NM there a junk yard thats named u pulland pay so you go in there with your own tools and the car are organized by brand you go to any car you want to get a part from and you take it out yourself and pay for it the place works out really well

There's no u-pick and pull wreckers left round here. Now every yard is an auto recycler and the prices are up.

u pullis like a half hour from my house so its awesome i can just go ober there if i need a part and i dont have to spend an arm and a leg for it

There's still a few around my area, but they don't normally get many 97+ XJ's for me to take from.. (Peterborough, Ontario)

usually 97+ xjs are hard to come by in a junk yard because those years arnt that old i got that lift kit off a 93
