What make my jeep run rough
It runs fine but when you get to hill go give it gas it sounds like it wants to die though it was the Cadillac converter but it's not that

Have you checked the clearance of the dashboard gasket with a set of go-no go gauges? If you have anything less than .325" it's going to cause too much restriction which makes it not climb hills.

Let me simplify this a little bit. You have a fuel delivery issue.
Check your fuel pressure at the rail. Should be 39 PSI at idle. If it's less than that, check your fuel pressure regulator. If the FPR is good, check the fuel filter. If that's good, you MAY have a fuel pump issue. You can also try bypassing the ballast resistor. Mine went bad and started giving me issues similar to heat soak.
