Try eBay.

Those only came on police package XJs so they're hard to come by.

The 3 switch panels are very common I have one in mine but all are used by stock features. I want my switch's mounted where I could see and reach them easily without taking my eye's off the road. I used an A Pillar gauge panel for mine. I can still add 4 more if I need to in the future. The pod is from Summit I think and are about $50 something and wiring them is very easy.

4 switch panels are crazy expensive. I made a shift bezel panel and love it.

Try eBay.co.uk
The breakers here will have them as front/rear fog lights were standard on most UK xjs
They shouldn't be too expensive to ship.
