Default Is this what i need?

ive got some christmas money burning a hole in my pocket and want to upgrade my headlights. just want to double check before i order:

does anyone know where to get the harness for cheap like on amazon? it says its out of stock but cant find it anywhere else

Yes that is what you want to run, I am running the same housings and headlight harness on my XJ , Those bulbs will be much better then the ones that come with the autopals
which are not too bad .

thanks thats what i wanted to hear. what bulbs do you run? also where did you get the harness from? because i would like to order soon but there out of stock on amazon

heck I just got some new Sylvania bulbs... one burned out and so I replaced them both. Actually I had ordered them on amazon months ago when they were on sale.

I forget which ones--obviously the right size, but they were the ones just above "basic." Middle of the chart on brightness and life.

But HUGE difference. Much brighter. Much whiter. Worth a shot just to swap in some new better bulbs for $15....jus' sayin'

Do you have the silver stars? Or the ones right before them? I forget what the 15$ ones were called but I'm thinking about getting the 20$ silverstars. If your that happy with them I'm sure the ones I'm looking at will be plenty bright. I want to stay away from headlight harness upgrades. I've seen some nightmares just from a stupid headlight conversion.
