What have YOU done to make it off the trail?
What are some unconventional things you've had to do to make it back to civilization? Sorry if I'm in the wrong spot, new to CF.

while watching some hill climbing rock got throwed out of tire and hit me in the eye brow cut me open pretty good had to drive wheeler out with eyebrow down in my eye couldn't c gash was filled with Vaseline took 2 hours to get home after er trip had concussion and 15 stitches and a hella good story

Dented into a V one part of a steel wheel. Beat it back into shape with the back side of an axe. Filled the tire with Fix A Flat, and drove home.

I've had to put my Jeep in 4-wheel drive to get out once. Was pretty extreme.
In all seriousness, I got stuck in sugar sand and my remedy for that was using logs as ramps to get a bite and rocking.
