Kelly BB in fair condition is $900. If it were me I'd go $600-$750. Just my opinion and also based on this time of year up here 4x4 prices start to go up, anticipating snow...
Maye a little more, hard to say w/o pics. If you consider it in good condition vs fair, I'd say max $1K

Jeez. The thing about buying a jeep with that many miles is how the P.O's took care of the motor and when they done oil changes. Mine is right at 252K miles and i have a weak cylinder. Listen when you start it for any misses when its turning over. If the cylinders are turning over at a consistent rate then it may be fine for now. Honestly i would not offer more than about 800 bucks for it. This is just my opinion though.

if it runs, and drives good, i would pay 1k. make sure to check all the fluids. i have a guy at the other end of my lake with a 93, manual trans, and i think 250k on it. he want's 600 for it. it's straight, no rust, but transfer case is howling, and front driveline is a loosy goosy.
Just give it a good once over, and if you don't feel comfortable doing that, take it to a reliable mechanic.
hope this helps

I'd also go along with the $800 amount (Although I'd hate to think of selling mine for that much as it has near the same amount of miles but is running great.) My only question would be where exactly the small oil leak is coming from.

If it looks like its only a few drops here and there you are fine its really not a big deal. Eventually it will get worse and worse and you will have to do the rear main and oil pan.
Just make your best judgment. Look it over very well. I know i got home and noticed a bunch of crap that i over looked! The mirrors were being held in place with a wood screw from the bottom and a few other odd stuff.
Please be aware that you will most likely need a new engine soon. Like i said i am at 252K and have a weak cylinder.

Well you never know. I had a leak in the same area and even looking at it in the daylight I would have sworn it was leaking from there but actually it was my oil filter adapter leaking and it worked its way down a little ledge which runs along the block and then thru the gap between the engine and tranny and came out right in the spot a rear main leak would be.
