Default what do you think is best

my jeep will be a dd/weekend wheeler i cant decide on my lift im gonna stay with 31 inch tires but dont know if i want a 3 inch lift or 4.5 how bad is a 4.5 on the road

do u have ur heart set on 31 bc if not then id go with a 4.5" and 32's and far as the ride goes mine 4.5" ride just as good as when i had a 3" & 6.5" on it

I didnt notice any ride difference from 3'' to 5'' to 6'' to the 4'' its at now lol But if I were you I would get the 4.5'' with the 31s, then someday if you want to go bigger you can trim a little and go to 33s or trim a lot/ add bumpstops and slap on some 35s!!

You should probably just stick with a 3" lift.

I'm at 4.5" on 30's for now until I can get my hands on 33's. Rides fine besides my DW issues at the moment.

And mine is also a daily driver and weekend wheeler so if you're gonna go 4.5 you might as well get 33's for the additional ground clearence. If you're gonna stick to 31's just get 2-3 inch spacers upfront, build some bastard packs for the back, and you should be good

How can it ride fine with DW issues? I feel fine except for my heart attack issues.

Lol, my toasted upper control arm bushings were causing the DW. Replaced them and realigned it and it rides FINEEE!!!
