not a truck, otherwise i would've been issued truck plates.
so, it's a passenger vehicle, so either a car, mini van or suv. guess i'll go with an suv.

I think you sould change the title to what do you consider your "cherokee" or "vehicle" instead "rig" since that is a choice in the poll.
I selected station wagon because that is we technically drive. If you consider the time this vehicle came out I think it was classified properly. SUV's were considered the Bronce or Suburban which were much larger and built of a true truck chassis. If the Cherokee were to be first produced today I would expect it to be considered an SUV by todays standards. I don't think it can be called a truck because it does not have a cargo bed. Also, can somebody please explain this emphatuation people have with calling their vehicle a 'rig'? It is not heavy machinery or a semi truck...

So does my evo lol
It depends on my mood... If I'm not angry at it, it's the jeep. If I am angry, usually something like stupid pile of junk wagon, with a few more choice words of course. and if I'm defending it in conversation or if someone gets too close, its my truck.

As for the name Rig. I call my cherokee " My RIG " because its custom to what I think a offroad vehicle to be. You put hard work , blood , sweat, tears, and a hole lotta $$$$$ theres not a name . So my RIG is what I feel I biult to do what I want no matter what.

I call mine my rig. Basically because it can do anything of the vehicle types you listed. Haul stuff like a truck and tow. Go offroad like a truck. Haul mulitple people like and SUB or Wagon. Mines outfitted to do it all.
