I was asking advice for a really masculine name and some guy said that Thore is as masculine as it gets. I didn't like it that much, but how about the name "Thorn" for my XJ. I like it cause it is catchy and my last name is Espinoza which is spanish for thorny...so he would be my thorn.

Yes, just watch the oil, what happened with mine was that the headgasket went abd dumped the coolant into my engine, it started as a tapping that just kept getting worse. In the end it seized the 5th cylinder and that did my engine in completely obviously. Just keep an eye on you oil and if it gets foamy you had the same problem as i did and hopefully you can catch it in time before you have to do a swap like i did. Only good thing that came of it was that i found an engine from a 98 with like 78xxx on it from a cherokee lorado, it runs great now.

I'd still go with thor. Torny isnt too masculine lol unless you put a bunch of barbed wire on your car, stick with thor, it's a strong name.

Well, I have never named mine in the 13 years I have had it, but my wife has several colorful names. (It doesn't like her at all). Every other time she drives it, something goes wrong. Then I can hop in and whatever was wrong goes away. Drives her insane, lol.

Not Thorny, I said that my last name, Espinoza, means that.

The name I like is "Thorn" (and I like the idea of the barbed wire...on my XJ, not my car)

I know that song, CygnusX1. I had that album on vinyl, 8track, cassette, and CD. Just listening the other day in fact.
