chop more of the front fender

chop front and rear bumpers

relocated the vacuum bubble

got rid of that dangly inner lip on the front fenders, that thing looks looked like a knife if you ask me

made a set of front sway bar discos (used the rear links, cut and welded to the front link... then used the rear sway bar link mount chopped down...)

WHY was I not warned that cutting sheet metal was so addictive ?!?!?!?!?!

Tommorow Im heading to the city to pick up some applications, but while Im there Im going to pick up some paint for the plastic trim, correct "stone White" paint for touch up, and some bedlner/undercoating for my eventual undercoating.

After

Bolts for my hitch I ruined

What I did today
Bought some paint...
And used it...

If its the same thing I had where the lifts won't shut off, then pull the fuse marked HD LMP DLY (head lamp delay) your 91 should be the same as mine... if its like DOM's, I don't know what the is...

Dom, the only thing I can think of is either a weak ballast or maybe you need to upgrade the wiring... I'm still new to the HID scene though, so don't take that as gospel.

So Here is a write up on the new Rough Country Shackle Relocation Brackets.

https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/rc...3/#post1008423

First what you need is just your average hand tools:

and the only good thing for cinder blocks, tire chalks:

You probably purchased these cause your shackle angle looks like this:

Taking some before measurements:

Next observe your hardware an make sure it is all accounted for:

Loosen your shackle bolts, BP blaster may be required for some rusty bolts (if you have that sort of thing). I used a breaker bar and it made quick work.

Remove your shock bottom bolt

Jack up the jeep and remove the shackle:

Next instal the box:

And the front nut strip:

Tighten it all down:

Next install the bottom bracket:

and torque everything down to spec(yes a torque wrench is a basic hand tool!!!):

Find your optimum shackle position and instal:

After Measurements:

Then admire the jeep and figure out how much lift your front end needs:

Then go find an RTI ramp or a loading dock and measure for the new shocks

Does anyone have an idea how I can make this ashtray more useful to me seeing as how I don't smoke. A phone cubby would be nice. Or just blank it off.
