Took the safari rack and brush guard off my crawler, put on my daily driver, had to custom fit my bumper to fit the brush guard. Pulled the starter and checked te cylinoid, swapped my hidden hitch for the Reese hitch mount from my crawler

Used her to tow my 87 Shadow(turbo) home this evening. Everything went smooth as butter. It's nice having my fast car finally home. Just gotta build the engine again and drop it in.(yes again, racing hardcore does that to your motors.)

Well being that its been really cold here and my battery has been dieing daily. It finally quit on me today. I went ahead and pulled my Yellow Top out of my wheeler and put it in the XJ. Not a problem starting anymore! First bump every time fires it up!

Replaced one of my low-beam relays after it stuck on overnight and drained my battery, then completely quit tonite, so I drove it home 'one-eyed'.

Note to self: do not mount relays upside down if they have a chance of getting wet.

Discovered a new trail we aptly named "the death of the wrangler" due to a wrangler engine flooding.

Got new trunk speakers

Organized dashboard.

Had the oil light come on and added some oil and now it seems to either be the oil pump or sending unit so this should be interesting.

Discovered that my driveline vibrations are coming from the front driveshaft and not the rear after driving to my parent's house and back with the front out and hardly any vibes.

I also went to go look at a 35 spline D60FF out of a 97.5E350 that I'll be picking up later this week. The carrier bearings are toast but I don't really care because it'll be getting 4.88s so I have to swap the carrier anyways. That and its only 100 bones.

Before you buy anything, put a mechanical gauge on the engine. MY sending unit was bad and it made my gauge read low. A bad sender could easily trigger a light.
