They run a pretty penny. They are like fenders and body armor in one

That's a little more than than the ones i'm looking at.
flares
Anything special about them that makes them worth an extra 100?

There's a dirtbound set without the rub rail in the back for $599. The wheel wells are more rounded though.

The dirtbound ones look good but mine's a 2 door and I don't see an option for that. I can get the affordable set for 600 if I go pick it up, so I think i'll go with them. Now to wait for my 93 to sell so I can buy them!

Ralph it's actually made from the same carpet as in the cargo section. When I pulled it off it still had the factory 225/ 70/ 16 under it. So it is carpeted and not canvas, and is not even used as my spare is outside on the tire carrier.

Damn dude, that looks awesome! Love the fender + lower panel armor.
What mud flap setup do you have?

And what lift height for the 35's? I have a ton of scrub at 4.5" + 35's and I think I need to go up 1" to comfortably flex everything out

Thanks,,, Im at 4.5" 35s also,, my backs seem to stuff ok.. But my fronts start to rub/scrub when tire is kinda stuffed up and on a turn.. straight tire, stuffs good but needs bump stop adjusting.

I also am thinking of going one more 1"

AS for the mudflaps, I took a tractor trailer MF cut it in half , drilled some holes in flat bar, put the MF to the flat bar, weld bar to bottom of stock pumper and boom.. no more cops pulling me over..lol

So when I put the flares on.. I came across a small problem. The 2000 has its washer for windshield on the inside of the drivers front fender..
Well it had to go. I didn't want to see big old plastic bottle showing..

So I Took the spare gas tank out of a little outboard boat motor.. Works like a charm, the little hole on the tank fit the washer motor killer.. so I have wash..lol

You need to bumpstop. I'm at 4"s short arms on 35s and only rub the edges of the wells at full turn and have a lot of drop. My rear shackle angle being around 60 degrees is what is limiting any more flex, although I haven't had an issue on the trails themselves yet.

Track bar time tonight.
I was already planning on swapping being that the RE track bar was a little too short. Losing a bolt on the trail and bending it all to hell sped up the process.
Next up is replacing the just replaced PS pump that started puking all over on the same trail as evidenced by all the fluid under there.
