Can someone point me to an exhaust set ups thread? I know there is a sounds sticky but I actually would like to see pictures of how people routed their pipes and what not.

I worked on the wife's WJ in the gravel driveway. I forgot how much that sucks. My xj is still hogging up the garage. I changed the back pads and test drove it. Now the one wheel smokes after about 5 miles. I guess the caliper needs done now too. I fixed the heat shield above the muffler, it kept slapping the muffler while driving down the road. I also found out that the heat shield on the down pipe acts like a catcher up in the snow belt. Once I pulled on it the clips that were welded on the pipe peeled back making nice quarter size holes. Go figure one was right on the bend. I fixed that by cutting a piece of pipe that was already bent at a 45. I put that right over top the bad section and welded away. It looks ugly, but there is not much room to weld without removing the whole section.

Break down a cardboard box and lay on it. I used to keep one behind the bench seat in my Comanche

Got the new exhaust installed today!

Lift kit installed this week and removed trim and pinstripes today. Will probably remove the rest of the decals next weekend.

I use the giant foam puzzle pieces intended as flooring for a kids play room or whatever. Waterproof too

Got my ZJ disk brakes installed. Just got to throw the diff cover on, install the Proportioning valve and bleed the brakes tomorrow and I'm done! Pics tomorrow!
