Put a new exhaust clamp on the lady's WJ today. The previous owner made it finger tight, and the tailpipe slipped out if the muffler. But the threads were too rusted to reuse it. Then I ordered a new Craftsman C3 angle grinder to compliment my new reciprocating saw. Makes exhaust work so easy.

Today I drove over to my buddy's so I can overhaul the rear axle.
Replaced the wheel bearings and the seals. Replaced the brake shoes, hardware, and wheel cylinders.
Found out that the splines on the shafts are slightly twisted. So alloy shafts may be in order. It's pretty hard to find a manufacturer who makes a set for a waggy Dana 44.
My buddy's jeep that he's currently building up
