Finished cleaning every single electrical plug/contact/sensor/ground in the engine bay. Noticed a slight improvement in start-up time and gauge sensitivity.
Also did the oil filter adapter o-rings which I've had sitting on a shelf for 3 mths. What a PITA that was. Found the cause of the weeping there though. The large o-ring between the block and the adapter was broken in one place and it wasn't as pliable anymore after 208,000 miles.
And I reset the trip-meter since I'm going to start driving it daily through one tank of gas to see if the fuel economy has improved due to recent 703 injector upgrade.

It is raining right now down her, that is why I am on the computer, but I got both old bushings out and the new ones in. Even got one shackle loosely bolted to the leaf spring just as the rain started to come down hard.
It looks like it is passing now so I should get out there and get the other shackle on and drop it down on the ground and torque everything to spec. Then it is back to the front. I have YJ brake hoses to install and a new RE steering stabilizer to put on to replace the one that was making all the noise when I turned to full lock. I thought it was the steering box or brace, but after replacing both I still had the gawd awful noise and it was worse. Took a can of WD40 to find it. sprayed the shaft of the stabilizer first cranked the wheel and the noise was gone. Drove for a bit the noise came back, sprayed again and no noise.
I am going to set up a tarp in a few minutes so I can work through the rain and the Jeep will be road ready again by tomorrow, tonight actually other than a brake bleed.

Rear suspension with DIY shackle relocation brackets is finished, and got the YJ brake hoses on and gravity bled. Still need to do a proper bleed tomorrow and swap out the original steering stabilizer for the RE one I picked up today. I also still need to figure out a way to hold me disconnects up out of the way when they are disconnected.

Velcro wont last too long up here with all the salt and crap they put on the roads I am thinking of just making a couple skirts to mount the pins to and use the factory holes in the frame to mount the skirts.
I have plenty of time to search tonight and tomorrow night. In the mean time I will just use some nylon webbing I have kicking around to tie everything up out of the way. I wont be doing any serious wheeling any time soon, I am still on 235s and open diffs I do have a nice line to test the disconnects on. I could get through it with the sway bar connected, but i had to carry enough speed to get all four tires on the ground before I ran out of momentum. With no sway bars and functioning rear suspension I should roll through it with ease

Replaced my hub assemblies and axle shaft u joints this morning. Wasn't as much of a pain as I anticipated. Had to take the driver's side apart 3 times though: forgot the brake rotor dust cover and then I couldnt get the passenger axle shaft in. Drives great now. Solved that "roaring" noise I had at highway speeds. Passenger hub was completely shot. Now I have a weird grinding noise in my front end, almost like my front brakes are dragging. My calipers, pads, and rotors are new.
Still have a death wobble, Not sure where to look next.

Or put one on 90° wrong like I did at first. I'm glad I noticed it immediately, or I would've been pissed

Gave it a much needed wash. Then found out my mom left the windows down last night during the storm and stuffed a dehumidifier in there for the rest of the day.
