Ordered new back springs
Also there's a new CPS fitted - the old one had melted wires onto the exhaust which was causing some funky misfire problems. and a burning smell.

Be very careful doing this. Without upgraded mounts I believe the filters get holes punched in them by the motor mount bolts.

Did this to my renix. Filter is in a nice place and you can fit just about any size for 3/4-16.

Here you go on the oil filter mod.
https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/com...herokee-75462/

An engine mount mod is not necessary but having good non-rotted mounts is necessary. If your mounts are completely worn out the filter may hit the frame or something else. I put new mounts in prior to doing this mod. You can see the new motor mounts in the pics earlier in this thread.

Recovered my headliner, installed an OHC and started a new relay box project.

I dug her out and drove around in the snow on the un-plowed roads, got a little scare when I parked her and saw dirty snow dripping from underneath. Thought I had or caused a leak but I believe it was just old grease, dirt and antifreeze.

Exactly, I just replaced the radiator, water-pump, thermostat and housing, clutch fan and all hoses 2 weeks ago and haven't had a drip since.
