So even after burping my coolant system, my heat is still only warm. I don't get it. My heater core is brand new and my system has been flushed so many times that there shouldn't be a reason for any clogging.
My Jeep stays cool – about 180 degrees (the thermostat I put in) and it doesn't overheat. Sometimes on hot days after longer road trips, my Jeep gets to just below 210, but never over (is that normal for a 180 thermostat?)
Any ideas would be appreciated

I just replaced the blend door motor. I actually just did a brand new heater core AND evap a few months ago.
The heat blows hot, but it's just a bit on the warm side. The blend door controls do change it between cold and hot.
I think it's more of a problem of the coolant not getting hot enough by the time it reaches the heater core. Maybe I should try that 195º thermostat?

I literally duct taped the back of the CB to the bottom of the headunit. Then put it all back together. The CB is wedged tightly between the radio and AC controls so it's not going anywhere. Hit me up on FB and I'll send ya some more pictures off my phone.
Here's a better picture of it.
