Got ready for winter. Swapped over to the winter tires and adjusted the rear brake slack adjusters. Changed the oil to Mobile 1 5W-30 and a new Purolator filter. Topped off the wiper fluid.
Attempted to take the oil filter adapter off, but it didn't budge. In a related note, my 12mm wrench is no longer 12mm. The leak continues...

Skipped wheeling this week to go to the junkyard and pick up a new rear housing for my AC compressor and put my on board air system back together. Tomorrow I'm going to pick up a bottle of AC oil (the bottle I had exploded in the back of my jeep, still trying to clean it up...) and test it out.

Repaired busted rear shock mounts. The welded nuts snapped off, so threaded some grade 8 bolts through the holes and tightened the nut onto the bolts...hope this holds!
Ooh you will love replacing it, make sure you take the bracket off the front there is 3 little bolts and 1 larger on it will make life a lot easier.... And then the fun of getting it out of the cubby whole it is in...
I had to take the 4 bolts out of the fan and let it move around a little and then you and get the alternator out... Best of luck at least it didn't happen on the trail
