You will need two 1/4 inch spacers for the unit bearing and 4 1/4 inch so spacers for calipers (1 for each bolt). Most write ups I found failed to mention this little tid bit. Right now the bearing spacers can be found from jks manufacturing and rustys off-road. I had the spacers for caliper bolts made. Also if you run 15 in wheels you may rub caliper. So either grind it some or use a wheel spacer. Try your wheel first. Then you get to build your tierod and draglink. And might need to move your trackbar mount on the axle side. I have done the wife's Tj and I am doing my Xj and Zj and the same time.

I didn't do anything TO it today, but I ordered most of the parts for my cam, head, intake, and exhaust manifold swap. All that's left is the exhaust manifold. I was going to order an APN but I can't find one. The ineedparts website does't have them listed now.

APN is good but I like my Banks Revolver 100x better than I did the APN. Nice purchases on the other stuff.

I was able to bleed the air out of the steering pump but haven't test drove it yet to see the differences. Want to replace the sensor first if I could just remember which one causes his issue.

Thank you for your time. I have found the advice here to be so good, but never posted at thread. BUT have no choice. I couldn't find how to start a thread, so posting it here. I have had my 1993 Jeep for seven years, and have nothing but praises for all it has done for me. Thru a the mess of divorce, I didnt do anything for the Jeep for 2.5 years, now has 317K .. I want hand it down to my exes teenager daughter at year end and wanted to fix it up as good as I could before. So, in the last three months, installed all new tie rods ends, drag link bar, stabilizer and trac bar, alignment, tires, radiator, water pump and hoses oil change AND wanted to tune it up well. Made in America 7mm wires, nice cap, nice plugs, ignition coil and Oil. I did the plugs and cab two weeks ago. The thing ran BETTER THAN IT EVER HAS, I was both impresssed and proud UNTIL. I started it after a week and bam it immediately stated runing like crap.. misfires, backfire no power. WELL Apparrently I didnt secure the pick up coil when I changed the last four mentioned items and the CAM Sensor (Pick Up Coil) eaten by the the distributed. I got home and it got worse and worse on the way . have done all the forums say to regarding timing, even set it ahead one tooth. bought a new (remanufacerd) distrubutor and install... I believe the timing is ok. but the motor wont fire up. I notice last nght the middle pin on cap is lose now. But other than that I dont know what else to do and costing me a fortune in cabs. and ides are so valued. Thanks!!
