Bought 5 liters of T6 oil yay

Earlier this morning, took apart the top end of the engine on my 2000 xj in preparation for a head swap job.

Found out the intake manifold was cracked from previous owner who over tightened.

Abused it.
Jumped, slid, dropped, climbed, drifted, fishtailed..
Rinse off and gas up, ready for more.

Cursed it. New alternator and PCM, cleaned connections, verified battery is good. Still won't regulate. Kayaking & fishing season is here.

I believe total capacity is 6 qts, however when you do an oil change, chances are you'll only use 5 due to residual oil in the passages/galleries...

I always had to pour 5 qts in and it ll be in middle of the "safe" level on the dipstick. I never once pour in more than 5

Swapped 1990 ECU into my 1988 based on Cruiser54's suggestion.

Noticeably more power and for me better idle quality.

Installed lights on the bumper and got new Jeep wheels.
