New header panel is installed. Bought a hi lift and put the front on jack stands to pull the axle when brackets come in. Noticed the right front wheel (the one that took most of the crash) is hard to turn...hopefully just a destroyed unit bearing not a bent shaft or something.

Default 2" lift

Put a Rough Country 2" lift in, now I have a rattle from rear corner. Thinking bad bushing from rear sway bar linkage. Is there a longer one for a 2" lift, only ones I see are for 4" and above.

Also wondering how big of tire I can put on the factory rims and still have clearance, pretty small wheel housing.

Get rid of your rear sway bar unless you want to keep it for some reason...

Centric 120 Rotors, Duralast Gold Brakes, and new calipers. One side done!

This is by far the worst advice ever. Instead tell people to get quick discos. You don't know his driving habits

No you have it all wrong. The jeep spontaneously bursts into flames while driving.
