all cops should be Probationary for 2-4 years before they are allowed to write any tickets OR smart off to their elders. Should not even ride in a car for the 1st year (Walk the beat, and pick up trash) Yeah that's what I said, 'Policing' actually means walking the grounds and picking up litter... while 'on guard' to some degree. Cops want respect?? EARN IT! learn to be humble 1st.

And the biggest reason why I don't have any respect for the cops (IN MY TOWN), I am deaf and they would refuse to get interpretors for me, and almost always refuse to write on pen and paper, they would insist to try make me read their lips. It's frustrating sometimes
'Why would a cop lie' indeed! ...gain? pride, ...self satisfaction that they won any potential, or inferred argument between the 2 of you (in his mind).
I feel for ya, I want to ask for an interpreter when the Judge or Prosecutor speaks Latin

Ha! lol esp if you had a hit or $$ in it for him!!

Not much need for cops here anyway as most everyone is armed to the teeth.
Armed society is polite society

I would much rather deal with the occasional bear than the SOB Deputies Snohomish co! I was stopped for "burned out 3rd break-light" a few months ago - in my 1989 Cherokee !
Since I told him he was wrong, he wrote me up for no insurance (which i had & have), & no front license plate (it ... disappeared?) I said 'must have been stolen'- "did ya report it?!" ?? rite

POS Judge believed his story but had to drop the insurance because I brought paperwork. Over $100.00 without doing anything wrong. Cops lie, steal, cheat, rape, murder & suck ***. I see it all the time, and they are rarely disciplined (even for murder) because of the Police Union

BTW, I really do like your neighborhood bear.
ALSO any LEOs out there, if you do not lie, steal, cheat, abuse, etc. then I commend you!! the rest need much more Discipline before judging (terrorizing) others.

Rear passenger brake cylinder is leaking so I took off the wheel and drum and it looked like someone shot grease and dirt in the brakes. What a mess. Decided to replace everything so I have front calipers and rear drum parts rebuild kits and cylinders coming. Will pick up new rotors and pads/shoes locally.

Got to use my HF impact gun for the first time. Nice to have. I have a little Rigid Tri-Stack 5 gal compressor and it worked fine with the impact wrench.
