"To be" is superfluous. Bent a link and crushed a shock:

Your face is superfluous. lrn2engrish

So you came down really hard on a tree? Or it fell on the Jeep?

If you subscribed to my build thread or paid attention on Facebook, I wouldn't have to answer that. I knew you didn't care about me!

Black ice. Hit a tree at about 15mph.

Damn... totally called it! I've been asleep for like 14 hours, haven't checked Failbook yet.

I dropped the insurance on the Jeep today so when I get home from work I can ****** the axles out of it and rebuild bigger better ones.

Passed emissions test!

For the record, OBD-II testing is a complete wash. As long as there are no codes there's no problem. On the drive to the testing place I kept glancing at my scanner. I think my cat's on its way out, but it's really hard to tell with the blatant exhaust leak that sends the DS O2 voltage swinging wildly...

So glad that I don't have those.

On topic, I drove it to work and loved it.

Got it aligned. Everything is spot on now except my right front castor which is off by less than 0.1°. I brought it back, though, cause they forgot to adjust the drag link and align the steering wheel.

x2. My CEL went out about 5 minutes of driving before my test. It came back on like 5 minutes after I passed.

I also have a hunch the cat is bad, since I have a 96 and the TSB was never performed. I was really afraid I was going to fail my emissions test.

Was your '96 tested with OBD-II as well? I kinda expected them to at least look at the sensor values... But the results printout looks identical to the emissions I/M Readiness screen on my scanner lol

Yes, tested with OBD-II. I have a picture of the results, I think..

Results:
RPM: 804
KOEO (???): pass
Readiness: pass
MIL CWD (???): pass
Codes Read: 00
DLC: pass

Catalytic Converter: present

Some of them (indicated with ???) I'm not sure if I read the name of the test properly... the picture is a bit blurry. :P
