Did you read instructions during install. The pins on the bottom are on completely wrong.

She idled up on her own and the alternator came into action after about a minute. All blown in snow was melted and engine dried out, belt running quiet, while I was blowin snow. Nowhere to go anyways as many mainroads were closed to snowbound or variable blizzards.
I was dressed like a puff muffin and fingers freezing even thru double gloves.
All buttoned up for the night and a fairer day forcast for the morning.
Right around the same temps here yesterday. Mine took a few separate times of cranking to get her going, but purred like a kitten while running (surprisingly).

Burned new brackets on the hp30 that'll get swapped in.
Not rushing to do much on my Jeep right now, soon I'll be on vacation for a month.

What would the odds be they'd both burn out at the same time, gotta a million to one.

Finally sucked it up and dropped her off at the shop. Swapping out the D35 with a C8.25. It's a 27-spline, but I'm dropping in an ARB locker and going with 29-spline shafts. Also upgrading to 4.10 all around. Upgrading to rear discs while we're at it. It's gonna be great once it's done, but my wallet is gonna feel it for awhile!

Yesterday I drove 660 mi. round trip to Indiana for a funeral....Glad I got the heat fixed first, it was -8 and 15-20 mph winds yesterday. The Interstates were all ice covered and not a DOT truck in sight. Instead of working, they just blocked the roads off. 15 hours elapsed driving time for a trip I can usually do in 11.

I guess a bath is next
