In the air about what to do. I wonder if it's leak will matter a whole lot?! Hmmmmm

I discovered mine was broken when I pulled my old stuff off, I didn't even touch that bolt. I don't know how it's broken, I've owned it for 19 years... Mine is about to become a trail rig and not my daily so I'm not as concerned.

I am curious how your inclinometer works. I was going to buy one, but all the reviews I have read said they are more gimic than good. However in this day of modern smart phones, "There is an app for that". I just downloaded Smitty Built's digital inclinometer for my I-Phone. You mount the phone to your car, reset the meter on a flat surface, set you alarms how your tip angle and tilt and then you are ready to go. As you get close to your 'danger zones', alarms start ot go off in the yellow and then more so into the red. Of course short of actually tipping over the jeep, I haven't figured out how to establish my alarm points.....

Determine tipping point: Use a forklift to do a sacrificial roll for science.

Yeah. Mines 5o% dd and 5o% woods/mud. Lol. I'm hoping it don't give me any issues. It feels nice and snug like its sealed for now. Thanks to the very thick gasket that come with the banks header. I know that can change tho. If it does start there always the option of taking it out which is pain staking to even think about. I guess i just need to decide wether it's a big enuff issue to deal with or not. Prob won't get fixed for now that is. Hahahaha.

I think changing the head would be easier, maybe even better as you can work the new head first. Remove snapped bolt from old head on a bench, sell it or use it later

I hate the smell of gear oil I spilled some a year ago and it still stinks even after I washed the carpet

Yep that's all I was thinking of. If the old one is sludged up and worn enough people are be surprised what difference a 'new' stock head makes over a high-mileage one. Might as well lol

If you get a head off a 99, you can use the best exhaust/intake that was ever used on the stock 4.0

The only prob with that is I just gave $300 for a brand new in box banks revolver header. So it'll have to fit that header.
