Changed the battery.. And it solved all my hard-start problems. But hard start was a long-crack, not a slow-crank. I don't really understand why it was related to battery..

 

Put my front drive shaft back on, greased all the zerks (still have a small squeak somewhere), and steamed the engine which gave it a better idle and who knows what else

Picked her up from the shop with this new addition well replacement

 

Last night, but mounted a maglite and fire extinguisher in the back..

Head and water pump.

 

Put a new name tag on it.

 

Ha actually I totally forgot I got the water pump done just so happy the head is finally done

Btw.. Today I took it for a ride, omw to my buddys house I noticed a parade of ants marching on the trans tunnel... When I got there I started searching my XJ, my bud comes out, asks what I'm looking for.. I said "ants.. As I lifted the tool box! There they were! Thousands!! I ran into his basement grabbed first aerosol can I saw!! "WD40" came back and soaked them all lol
My friend was like "Hey I need that!" I said " don't worry I'll buy you more!" Haha lol that was funny..
I guess they found a home after I let it sit lol

 

Oh yea I still owe him a can of WD40.. I'll hook him up with 2 cans.
