What did you do to your Cherokee today?
found some extra flat black paint I had laying around and decided to touch up my rock sliders and roof rack. paint isn't sticking to the surco rack very well. might strip it all down and re paint it the right way

DD XJ got the swaybar mounted that the PO removed with new endlinks and bushings, and also removed the grill guard to repaint and sell.
Trail XJ got the hiem reducers installed, steering links all adjusted and tightened down, and new calipers mounted and bleed out.
Weird thing is that with new calipers my brakes still hardly work... new brake lines, new pads, new shoes, and a complete system bleed with no leaks and the pedal still goes all the way to the floor with no resistance and hardly tightens up the brakes... im so far beyond lost lol

Black Magic brake pads and Centric rotors up front. the previous owner had put on new Autozone pads, but did not turn or replace the rotors. The rotors pulsated pretty bad, i am sure they were warped a little. It is much better now.
Mounted my rear OME heavy pack 2" in the rear when i got home from work. Gotta love pop up tents on rainy days. Tomorrow im gonna put in the 1.7~1.5 OME coils. Test drove just the rears today and OMG! they are simply sublime. I have (changing soon to Bilsteins sooon) rancho 5k's now and the addition of these packs is not as harsh as ive read about them. I have bumpy and dirt roads too.

wheeled it at an offroad park the other day, lost a flare in the wild, hit a tree making a hard right coming up a ravine which crushed the bumper mount place frame thingy inward, flexed out multiple time, pretty much crushed my back quarter panels under the wheel arch in it seems, may have cracked it, bottomed out the cross member, scraped it, hopefully not. lesson learned? dont wheel with sway bars.
