Unless you're looking to ever sell te jeep, don't stress the odometer. Make note of what yours was before swap and use that to tell what it is. My odometer is off around 750 miles when my speedo gear was broken

Went and did some work on my 91. I got the driver side fender moved so the hood is lined up. Got bulbs in the front light harness that weren't there or broke. All four of the screws for the turn signals broke. Gonna have to deal with that later. Got headlights in.

Started on the brown dog motor mounts. Got the driver side out, started to get the new brown dog one in. Couldn't for the life of me get it lined up with all the holes. The engine brackets kept hitting the busing sleeve. I lost daylight before I could figure it out.

Picture of the old mount next to the brown dog.

Officially, if you play nice with the dealership and let them perform the actual swap so they can verify everything is legit, they can reprogram the new cluster.

I put those in mine a few years ago. They take a little getting used to because they transmit more vibration but they hold up to the 4.7 with heavy towing. I like them.
As for lining them up, they have no give whatsoever. I put a board underneat the oil pan, lifted the engine a little and got both big bolts thru loosely then used an alignment punch (essential in every tool box) and it worked just great
