I agree I hate swaybars I took mine off the second the XJ was in my name. They dont do anything for me handling wise. Lets see him call us dummies. Besides hed be smart to not call you a dummy od.

Put the swaybar to use and did some laps at a concrete go-kart track with banked turns. The tires were making all kinds of noise being locked.
Blew out a bumpstop jumping camel humps on the beach.
Drove off and up sand ledges 3 - 4 feet high.
Hit 50 mph on the beach.
Drove through reeds 8 feet high, like a corn field.
Did not even make it to the trail.

Filled it up, used it to deliver pizzas, then filled it back up. 13.6 mpg. :/ is that common? 90% city driving. I guess it ain't to bad cossidering I sit and idle when I get out and givem their pizza and then have to start and cut it off when I get back. After 10-15 of doing that on a shift. Burns the juice.

I finished up my upper/lower Adjustable Control arm install along with upper axle bushings , and Iro tierod . On the test drive I put 80.00 worth gas in it. Cause my wife loves to run it dry ! Then I took it to work and tested the flex. I was not able to flex it out cause I could not move further forward. But I can say I had all 4 planted solid before when I tried the LR would lift when I was 4ft from the fence
