What did you do to your Cherokee today?
swapped in a gauge cluster with actual gauges, a new steering wheel and various trim. and of course now my cruise doesn't work and I have all kinds of lights on the dash. neither of which was the case before.

I'd say just go with some standard black paint. Easy touch ups for when it gets beat on.
I think I remember reading that hammered finish needs like a light tacky coat, then a full coat, that's it. Then it cures and gives the hammered effect. Directions should be on bottle.

Yea I guess you could touch up with some regular black. I don't know what it'd look like, if you're even concerned with looks that much.
