F!ck parting it out. FIX IT! A good XJ or any Jeep should never be thought of as a lost cause especially if you loved it. A Jeep can always be fixed. Even if its just for trail use. Please dont be the person that throws away a good Jeep. You can find a good home where she will be rebuilt if you dont want to do it. There will always be someone that will buy it fix it up some and make a beater rig out of it.

Finally finished this dreadful 3day rear main seal nightmare. Im living proof you can crack the block near the rms and it still not **** oil upon reinstallation. I did notice with fresh oil and new filter the bottom end knock is slightly louder. I did have to loosen ALL of the bearing caps in order to remove the upper seal. What a PITA

Just bought my second BRAND NEW set of 6x9 Kickers. Right off the shelf. Again. Different model than the first. Different store. One of the speakers is blowed... Kicker will never get my business again. Im done with the crap they manufacture. Anyone recommend any brand?
