Went to Oreilley's and spent $360 on head gasket, valve cover gasket, intake/exhaust manifold gasket, head bolts, water pump, throttle body gasket, pcv elbow, oil filter, oil, oil filter adapter oring, left and right motor mounts, ignition coil, spark plugs and wires.
Got home and cleaned the gasket surfaces on the head, block, intake and exhaust manifolds.
Replaced the motor mounts, water pump and coil. Reinstalled the head, intake and exhaust manifolds, the a/c compressor, the power steering resevoir and fan.
My torque wrench doesn't go down to 19ft lbs, so I couldn't torque the rocker arms.
I'll go rent a torque wrench tomorrow. I still need to torque the rocker arms, install the valve cover, injector rail, wiring and vacuum lines. Need to replace the oil filter adapter oring, change the oil and filter, add coolant and crank her up.
I'm wore out. Went to work at 4 this morning, got off at 2:30. Started on the Jeep at 3:30 and stopped at 8:45. Been a long but productive day. She'll be running by noon.
