I went with hella 200mm conversion housings. They are perfect. Was using them with hell 80/100s but they burn out too fast. Man those things were like HIDs lol

im tempted to swap them back out to my sealed beams, the low beams have the dead spot plus its not as wide of a spread, the high beams are awesome but again its not as wide of a spread... ill have to drive it for a while before i decide on what to do, the hellas were my second choice...

Well not to flood the thread but I'm happy. With the Hellas. Sharp cutoff point. Easy to aim. Even with regular sylvania extravison, they light up a dark road nice. Ran them also with star ultra. Best bulb was the 80/100s but what ever your choice good luck brother

Is there any specific reason you suggest the JCR kit? I know people say that Tierods are better for street duty, but I like how the IRO kit lets me keep the sway bar mounts.

I've heard good and bad about IROs steering. It may work for you, maybe not. But I really like JCR and I think they make quality stuff, though I've never seen their steering up close. I run heims on my tie rod, drag link and both ends of my trac bar and its not the best on road. I would like to compare to tie rod ends someday.

Yay i got Raider back!!! Gave the Valve cover a nice bath, put it in the college shops power washer Last ****** who serviced it used liquid gasket, which would explain why it was leaking.

I didn't, it was just to get it out of the shop before they started charging me shop fees (2 days excluding weekends free, then it's $5 a day). I had a rubber gasket but i didn't check to make sure it was in one piece before pulling the cover. So yeah guess what was damaged? And to make it more fun the store refused to refund me.

Any recommendations on a gasket? I'll replace it when i paint the cover.

Whered you get the parts for the cowl intake mod you did?

Whats the diameter off the throttlebody?

Use the Fel pro perma dry rubber gasket. Best one out there.
