Finished my steering. Gotta do an alignment after work thursday. Took over an hour to get the pitman arm off... Broke the puller, rewelded it then finally got it off after some minor massaging with the BFH. Its 1" ID x 3/16" wall DOM on all 1 ton TRE's. Even though the track bar has bends in it, the angle from point A to point B is almost identical to the drag link. $160 total. Blah blah blah... Pics

I ran a ratchet strap around the coils, jacked the frame up so the coils fell out, insert softballs. Not tennis *****. Lol 12" circumference softballs. Originally Posted by 94XjSport94

Drings are hanging on custom brackets bolted to the frame rails in the front.
I like the steering too. Very solid and tight. I think its hitting my track bar bolt though.

Put in a new Durango gearbox and power steering pump ran out of day light so tomorrow I got to put in a new radiator maybe a new thermostat

Removed the 89 AW4 from friend's Cherokee and attempted to put the 98 AW4 back in and realized that the piece of plastic that connects near the throttle area was broken. Now my buddy's Jeep has no transmission at the moment. Probably going to make it stick shift.
