Almost done the install on my AC Bypass switch... a few seconds from the moment of truth the splices fell out of the butt connector and I realized what time it is. Oh well I don't think the LED in the switch works anyway.

However I did go for a test drive with the green wire cut... I CAN USE BILEV WITH HEAT!!!

Been there done that. The torque specs on those bolts is really low. 8-13 ft lbs if I remember, and one is less than the others. I actually snapped the bolt once, before I learned the concept of torque specs. Thankfully I had a parts Jeep at the time

Did the same thing to my xj over the pass weekend. So much nicer to have heat in any setting. Mine I can't get led to work cause I tapped into the ground to the ac relay. Oh well.

Yesterday: Passed emissions with flying colors. Didn't even hit half the limits on most parts.
Today: Gave it a nice bath and got a US flag for the CB antenna.
Tomorrow: Escorting a dead soldier and member of the Patriot Guard Riders. Sad day.

That is sad. No matter how many times I've seen a military funeral, or been a part of one it his me hard every time
