Bunch of good parts for super cheap which is surprising cause the dude hates me and my buddy... We picked up tail lights, a tie rod, quadratec floor mats, dash stuff, and a bunch of other junk and did really well for his yard lol and my big secret i wont divulge yet...

Lucas oil runs about 8 or 9 bucks.
Don't use rtv, do it right and get a gasket.
Drain, flush it with brake cleaner, wipe it out, gasket, fill till it starts to pour out. Done.
