I removed mine today too! Haha Nd I put on a nice new hitch for a rear recovery point that thing was a pita to fish the bolts and plates through the rear "frame"

Pulled apart my dash so I can set the switch for my Eaton locker. Glad to see a hole ready next to the rear wiper switch! Also had to fix the HI\LO switch for the ac.

It rides pretty similar. On deep pothole and bumps you'll feel just the axle pick up in the rear an the jeep won't shift. Gets a little getting use too at first.

Edit: check my build thread pics. You'll see how the rear flexes without

Also get front disconnects too. That's my next investment after shocks. You gets better traction without swaybars since your tires will now 90% of the time be on the ground.

Just a typo. They used the correct year several times earlier in the page.

When Chrysler killed the Cherokee line, a Chinese company bought all their manufacturing equipment and started making them over there. From what I understand, it's effectively the same vehicle with some different styling. The Chinese version is called a Jeep 2500, and they stopped making them in '05.
