96xjclassic and I used an angle grinder on mine. They came out pretty good. If I had used edge dressing, they would've looked perfect, but I just sprayed color-match rattlecan over the edge of the cut fender.

I just used a angle grinder and a hammer to bend them nice and uniformed

To cut: Angle grinder, like I said. After you cut, I suggest a block of wood and a hammer. It'll save your paint and stop you from denting stuff while you're folding.
